We hire in the following states: AZ, CO, FL, ID, GA, IL, NH, KS, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.

The Partner Program Manager is a key member of the Marketing team, responsible for the strategy, growth, and day-to-day management of Medbridge's affiliate and referral partner program. This individual contributor role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, owning partner acquisition, enablement, operations, analytics, and technology while driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate brings a strategic business mindset, deep experience with partner programs, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They are comfortable leading executive-level partner conversations, solving complex business challenges, improving partner experiences, and leveraging AI and automation to scale operations.

This role reports to the Senior Manager of Programs & Partnerships.

In this role you will:

  • Develop partner acquisition strategies, including new vertical go-to-market initiatives, to identify, recruit, and grow high-value affiliate and referral partnerships.
  • Own end-to-end of affiliate/referral partner portfolio (across Blue, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum), including tiered onboarding, re-engagement, and support models — with a dedicated white-glove approach for Gold/Platinum partners.
  • Co-develop the affiliate program roadmap, partner strategy, and revenue priorities with the Senior Manager of Programs & Partnerships.
  • Build strategic partnership plans for top-tier partners, lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)/ Partner Performance Reviews, monitor account health, identify growth opportunities, and proactively escalate risks with recommended solutions.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly partner commission calculations and payouts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness prior to VP review.
  • Build and optimize affiliate outreach processes, strategies and develop best practices — including AI-driven automation (e.g., using Claude) across communications and operations, and ownership of the program's technology stack (PostAffiliate Pro, Close.io, and related tools), evaluating and integrating new solutions as the program scales
  • Perform marketing activities to promote the affiliate and partner programs across social media and industry watering holes
  • Monitor, analyze, and report out on conversion funnels and user acquisition performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Finance, Legal, Digital, and other stakeholders while proactively communicating progress, risks, and blockers.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager of Programs & Partnerships on referral commission structures and contract terms by providing data-driven recommendations.

What you will need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, partner management, partner development, business development, or strategic account management.
  • Proven success exceeding goals through partner prospecting, pipeline development, forecasting, and managing complex enterprise-level partner relationships, including executive presentations and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Healthcare and SaaS experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity while improving processes and driving results.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Experience creating reporting frameworks and measuring program success through KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate management platforms (e.g., PostAffiliate Pro), CRM/email tools (e.g., Close.io), AI tools (e.g., Claude) for workflow automation, and Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong quality-control mindset for partner-facing communications and deliverables.
