Position Summary The Manager of Operations serves as the primary operational link between the home office and the field for their assigned region (East or West). This role owns all audit responsibilities, manages a real-time store support channel, conducts regular in-store visits for audits and training, and partners directly with the Regional Director. The Operations Manager ensures stores have the support, compliance oversight, and operational guidance they need to run effectively. Job Duties Own all audit responsibilities for assigned region including accuracy, compliance, and timely completion Manage store support Teams channel: handle credit memos, refunds, and operational questions in real time Conduct regular in-store visits for audits, associate training, and compliance checks Partner directly with Regional Director on store performance, operational issues, and process improvements Serve as the operational bridge between home office departments and field operations Direct supervision and development of Assistant Manager, Operations Develop and deliver training materials for store associates on operational procedures Identify and elevate systemic store issues to Director for resolution Maintain and update standard operating procedures for regional audit processes Track and report regional audit metrics, store support response times, and training completion Collaborate with Guest Solutions team on cross-functional issues affecting stores Support new store openings and operational transitions within assigned region Required Qualifications Education: Associate degree or higher preferred; equivalent experience considered Experience: 3+ years of retail operations, audit, or field management experience, required Physical and Work Environment Requirements Physical Demands: Lifting (10lbs), Standing (25% of Time), Travel (25% of Time) Work Environment: Office Setting/ Field Schedule: Weekdays and occasional weekends, as needed Why 1915 South?
