PMO Analyst

Job Description Summary: Supports the successful completion of EITEN program tasks including technical work, financial and business development activities.

Job Description: Responsible for executing tasks as part of the EITEN Program Management Office (PMO) in support of day-to-day administrative, contractual, and financial actions required during operational execution of underlying task orders:

  • Support a wide-range of personnel actions associated with the hiring, relocating, indoctrinating, and termination of OCONUS employees. Activities may include processing DOCPER Technical Expert Status Accreditation (TESA), country visas, SPOT/LOA, passports, emergency and routine travel.
  • Support the deliverable of contractually identified documentation deliverables.
  • Supports program activities to meet client and organization work objectives and serves as a liaison with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.
  • Supports business and operations functions to ensure best practices are leveraged across the organization safeguarding consistency, quality, and effectiveness.
  • Assures quality of program products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and site visits.
  • As required, support evaluation of various financial data and prepare analyses for Program Manager submission to external and internal customers certifying compliance within budget, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Conducts process and task audits to safeguard compliance and identify inefficiencies by actively incorporating appropriate controls and measurements to ensure planned results.
  • Coordinates and monitors sub-contractor activities and administers subcontractor deliverables and finances inclusive of subcontractor timecard process execution.
  • Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, consulting agreements and other program documents.
  • Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested.
  • Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.
  • Participates in special projects as required.


Minimum/General Experience: This position requires a minimum of six years of intensive and progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency levels related to task. Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university which provides substantial knowledge of the information sciences or with a curriculum or major field of study which provides substantial knowledge useful in managing the work specified by the task order(s). Such degrees might be, but should not be limited to, the disciplines of computer science, information systems, physical science, engineering, a mathematics-intensive discipline or business.

Education and experience requirements may be substituted with:

  • A Master's Degree (in subjects described above) and ten years of experience; or
  • A Ph.D. (in subjects described above) and eight years of experience.; or
  • No degree and fifteen years' experience.

Additional Requirements: Germany candidate must meet TESA requirements as follows:

  • A Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years of recent specialized experience; or
  • Associates Degree and seven (7) years of recent specialized experience; or
  • No degree and 11 years or recent specialized experience

The likely salary range for this position is $72,250 - $97,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location. Generally, an international assignment may include allowances, premium uplifts, and/or relocation or transportation benefits, above base salary range noted.
