Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to manage large, complex project initiatives of substantial importance to the organization with minimal oversight or direction. Key functions will include monitoring program performance, managing the program's schedule and milestones, providing guidance to the program's integrated product teams (IPTs), coordinating with functional offices to ensure program compliance and to enable program support, leading program proposal efforts, and managing reporting requirements. A background with experience leading development programs with cross-functional teams is preferred for this position.

Essential Functions:

Demonstrate strong team building, leadership, and communication skills to build relationships with teams, customers, peers, and leadership
Monitor the program's performance as well as support the program's schedule and completion of key milestones
Run key program-level meetings and provide guidance to the program's team leads
Support the program's Earned Value Management (EVM) approach, monitor the program's budget, and support the completion of financial analysis, projections, and reports
Manage the program's risks and opportunities and lead the program's change management processes
Coordinate with other programs/offices to resolve dependencies/reduce program risks
Coordinate with support and functional offices to ensure program compliance as well as enable program support to include supply chain, finance, contracts, subcontracts, scheduling, facilities, and security
Lead program proposal efforts
Ensure that the program complies with L3Harris policies and lead the program's preparation for compliance audits
Manage program reporting requirements to include contract data requirements list (CDRL) submissions, Monthly Operations Reviews (MORs), and Program Management Reviews (PMRs)
Inform L3Harris leaders and Government stakeholders of the program's status and related issues to both resolve problems and ensure program success

Qualifications:

Active Top Secret Security Clearance
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of prior related experience

Preferred Additional Skills:

Ability to communicate within and outside of the organization to explain and influence changes to practices, processes, and approaches
Ability to make significant improvements in processes, systems, or products
Ability to provide input into new products/processes and implement operational plans that have measurable impact on business or functional results
Availability for travel in support of program activities (up to 20% of the time)
Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
Experience managing programs with DoD or Intelligence Community Organizations
Experience in managing agile ceremonies
Deep Knowledge of Earned Value Management

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $150,000-$278,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $130,500-$242,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
