Overview Senior Program Manager WORK LOCATION :Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base, AL (Montgomery, Alabama) Salary Range :$100-110,000 * *depen ding on experience, certifications, and qualifications JOB STATUS: Full-time; Salaried Clearance: Secret clearance required Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager to support the Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) program, which is within the C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI) and located at Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama. QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS: * Education: * Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD * OR, 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight of which must be in the DoD. RESPONSIBILITIES : Duties include but not limited to: * Support and develop acquisition reports, including statutory and regulatory reports (i.e. DAES, MAR, etc.). Support program management reviews, senior level meeting/reviews, and IMP/IMS reviews. * Support and develop various briefings/schedules of program status and acquisition tasks to senior management. * Identify acquisition strategy issues and propose alternative solutions. * Support and develop various briefings/schedules of program status and acquisition tasks to senior management. * Advanced DoD acquisition strategy and documentation knowledge to include a comprehensive understanding and ability to apply associated standards, procedures, and practices. * Assist with strategic level issues and ability to work independently as well as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities. * Possesses proven leadership, team building, strategic planning, and organizational development skills. * Possesses pertinent experience with an ACAT I level program, including development of new programs with the Acquisition community. * Possesses pertinent experience in the development of RFP documentation and support of Acquisition Strategy reviews. * Demonstrated experience in packaging and presenting briefings for senior level reviews. * Have experience initiating and managing high visibility programs. * Oversee the efforts of junior and mid-level personnel within the technical/professional discipline. #CJ #LI-ST1
