Business Partnering with key stakeholders (internal and external) to clearly define near and long-term business need priorities Achieving value through agreed total cost savings delivery, supporting innovation and managing risk in accordance with all TwO and ABF Legal, Finance SOP & Ethical standards. Develop and Lead SPM programs with all agreed core Suppliers. Develop and Lead SRM programs with specific agreed strategic Suppliers. Scope of Role: TNA Third Party spend $22M annualised; TNA Indirects Services $10M annualised; Business Partner leadership across internal & external stakeholders Advance projects within the assigned categories to create a savings pipeline extending three years or more Deliver, with stretch, agreed annual total cost savings targets Generate additional value, manage risk, fulfill sustainability targets, and advance innovation. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Procurement Management Development and implementation of procurement strategies, from supplier sourcing through contract award to continuous contract performance management Building knowledge and category management excellence for all categories in Indirect services & 3rd Party BiG. Responsible to identify and agree on Guided buying Channels which are inline with Category strategy and execute sourcing and contract accordingly and support set up supplier in the Ariba Guided buying. Support the annual budget process in planning and defining standard pricing. Manage Procure to Pay Policy launch locally with Central support Adding Value Responsible to manage assigned Indirect services & 3rd Party categories; to conduct tender processes with national and international suppliers using our e-sourcing tools and responsibility for preparing and monitoring contracts cover positions. Deliver tangible savings/avoidance according to set-up yearly targets Responsible to tracking the value benefit the business will derive from each of projects implement. Support the development of high-quality tools and process in alignment with Head of Procurement Excellence Driving Innovation and Sustainability To Look outside to build and refresh business knowledge on new technologies, trends and relevance to short, medium and long-term innovation needs Work closely together with NPD, Quality & technical as part of Indirect services & 3rd Party community, support the business on generation of innovation possibilities. Develop advanced skills in SAP ERP systems, particularly within SAP S/4HANA and Ariba modules. Capable of resolving system issues, supporting end-users, and collaborating with IT teams to enhance system functionality and performance. Demonstrate a solid grasp of SAP process flows and data structures, with the ability to train colleagues and support process improvements and system optimization initiatives.
