We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy, and experienced Executive Director of Operations to join the leadership team at Chick-fil-A Pelham Road. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes ownership, develops people, thinks strategically, and can bring fresh energy and ideas to an established organization of approximately 140 team members.

More than a traditional General Manager, we are looking for a leader who can identify opportunities, develop solutions, and follow through to ensure ideas become results. You will work closely with Owner/Operator and the restaurant's leadership team to strengthen operations, develop leaders, create accountability, and continually move the business forward. This is an opportunity to learn alongside a 30-year Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator while making a meaningful impact on both the business and the people within it.

Your Impact

  • Oversee all daily operations, ensuring excellence in food safety, customer service, speed, and hospitality
  • Lead hands-on alongside the team, stepping into the operation and supporting wherever needed
  • Lead, coach, and develop leaders throughout an organization of approximately 140 team members
  • Identify opportunities within the business and proactively develop and implement solutions
  • Bring fresh energy and innovative ideas while demonstrating the follow-through necessary to turn ideas into sustainable results
  • Establish clear expectations and create a culture of consistent accountability across the leadership team

Background Profile

  • Must be located or willing to relocate to Greenville, SC (required)
  • 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or another high-volume operational environment (required)
  • Previous Chick-fil-A leadership experience (highly preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
