Director of Operations Atlanta, GA Onsite We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead and optimize operational functions within a growing financial services organization. This individual will oversee day-to-day operations, drive process improvement initiatives, manage operational risk, and ensure the delivery of high-quality client service. The role will partner closely with senior leadership to support organizational growth, operational scalability, and continuous improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence. Develop, implement, and enhance operational processes, controls, and workflows. Drive automation, process improvement, and scalability initiatives. Monitor operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization. Manage operational risk and support regulatory compliance efforts. Lead audits, reviews, and remediation activities as needed. Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams. Serve as an escalation point for complex operational matters. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to improve service delivery and operational effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive operations leadership experience within financial services, banking, wealth management, fiduciary services, or a related industry. Demonstrated success leading teams, managing operational risk, and implementing process improvements. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
