About the role:

As a ICS (Instrument Control Systems) Excellence Manager you will be responsible for governing the ICS project management framework and leading operational excellence activities across the global Instrumentation & Control Systems (ICS) organization. You will establish PMO governance, standards, and performance visibility, while leading the ICS Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process and driving continuous improvement across ICS functions.

You will report to the Sr Director of ICS/QEHSO. You will work hybrid near a Westinghouse facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and govern ICS project management procedures (including ICPMR), ensuring alignment with WPMR and Business Management System requirements.
  • Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, templates, and stage-gate criteria.
  • Define portfolio-level metrics, dashboards, and reporting for cost, schedule, and risk.
  • Coordinate and ensure compliance for project health reviews, stage-gate/tollgate reviews, and process adherence audits. Integrate Flawless Launch practices to ensure upfront planning, risk identification, and quality-by-design across projects.
  • Lead the ICS Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, including demand and supply consolidation, identification of gaps and risks, and development of actionable scenarios for leadership.
  • Establish standard data inputs, analytics, and management review processes to allow functional leaders to evaluate trade-offs and lead execution decisions.
  • Set priorities, provide coaching and direction, and ensure delivery of high-quality outputs supporting PMO governance, SIOP processes, and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or a related discipline
  • 12+ years of experience in project management, operations, continuous improvement, or related disciplines
  • Project management and PMO governance certifications are strongly valued
  • Relevant credentials (such as Lean Six Sigma, change management, or quality systems Auditing certifications) considered a plus

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $112,400 to $140,5000 per year.
