The Vice President of Logistics Sales is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive solutions sales strategy for our warehouse and related logistics and fulfillment services with a primary objective of filling existing warehouse capacity through new food-grade or related 3PL customer acquisition.

Role Responsibilities:

The Vice President of Logistics Sales is responsible for leading and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth, expands market share, and builds strong customer relationships within the logistics and supply chain industry. This role requires a dynamic and strategic leader with a deep understanding of 3PL services, a proven track record in sales, sales management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Success is measured by warehouse utilization and related services growth, new logos, ongoing pipeline development, and customer-facing relationship driven activity.

1. Sales Leadership:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and organizational goals.

Foster a collaborative sales culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Lead and manage the sales of national and strategic opportunities while building and managing a team of local sales focused on their local markets, currently Houston, Southern California, Salt Lake City, and Denver.

2. Market Analysis and Positioning:

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Utilize market insights to refine and adjust sales strategies, ensuring the company's services remain competitive and aligned with market demands.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaborate with the customer service and operations teams to address customer concerns, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer experience.

4. Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market penetration.

5. Contract Negotiation:
