What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the end-to-end owner of Hasbro's global onboarding experience, responsible for strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
  • Build a scalable, consistent onboarding framework that works across geographies, functions, and levels, from individual contributors to people managers and senior leaders.
  • Design a Day 1, Week 1, and 30/60/90-day journey and capstone quarterly event that connects new hires to Hasbro's mission, culture, and business priorities from day one.
  • Develop and maintain all onboarding content including facilitator guides, participant materials, digital resources, and manager toolkits.

Drive Program Implementation

  • Lead the operational delivery of all onboarding programs, including coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, facillitation and ensuring a consistently excellent new hire experience.

Why It Matters

Onboarding is the first chapter of every employee's Hasbro story. Done well, it accelerates performance, builds belonging, and sets the tone for a long and successful career. Done poorly, it erodes engagement before it can take root.

As the owner of this program, you'll have a direct and lasting impact on how thousands of people experience Hasbro-and on the culture we're building together. If you're passionate about new hire experience, love building at scale, and want to do meaningful work at a company with a century of creativity behind it-we can't wait to meet you.
