This role leads the company's learning and development strategy and drives training and talent management initiativesโ€”individual growth and development planning, performance management, succession planning, and leadership developmentโ€”that build organizational capability and support longโ€‘term business success. The Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees alike, fostering a culture of continuous growth and performance excellence.

Learning, Training & Development
  • Develop and execute a companyโ€‘wide learning and development strategy aligned to business priorities
  • Design leadership development programs and career pathing frameworks for employees at all levels
  • Lead individual growth and development planning
