The Manager, Learning and Development leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive training programs that align with business objectives and enhance workforce capabilities. The position also oversees associate development by providing coaching, mentoring, and feedback while maintaining compliance with company policies and standards. By fostering continuous learning and adapting strategies to evolving business requirements, the manager supports operational excellence and drives measurable improvements in employee performance and organizational outcomes.

The team is dedicated to designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive curricula for Sellers Support and Risk Operations within Walmart Marketplace. Leading a group of skilled instructional designers, the team focuses on creating effective learning strategies and content aligned with business goals. They collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure training programs meet evolving needs, promote continuous improvement, and enhance performance. Emphasizing accountability and quality, the team supports associate development through coaching and feedback, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of learning and adaptability across the organization.
