As Head of IT Operations and Infrastructure, we arelooking for a responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and compliant IT operations for the EUC Personal Lines sector, and he will act as the central coordination point between the business, IT teams, and external partners, while continuously improving operational processes and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Head of IT Operations and Infrastructure, we arelooking for a responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and compliant IT operations for the EUC Personal Lines sector, and he will act as the central coordination point between the business, IT teams, and external partners, while continuously improving operational processes and services.
  • Take on end-to-end responsibility for production issues by coordinating incidents, alerts, escalations, release changes, lockouts, and tickets across applications and infrastructures while simultaneously acting as the main point of contact for the business.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of operational processes and tools by reviewing daily operations, ensuring smooth batch execution, and preparing regular as well as ad hoc operational and service reports.
  • Coordinate infrastructure- and vendor-related activities by working closely with internal and external providers and managing upgrades, patches, renewals, re-platforming initiatives, cost reviews, and governance meetings.
  • Ensure resilience, disaster recovery readiness, and regulatory compliance by collaborating with global DR teams, planning and conducting DR tests, and supporting audits and ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements.
Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, combined with several years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or service management
  • Solid knowledge of IT service management and ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management) with a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong technical knowledge in the field of system integration (e.g., web services, REST, SOA) and experience with CI/CD and release management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Git, Bamboo, Maven, or HP ALM; knowledge of Java and Cobol is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with proven experience in working with business users, technical teams, and outsourced nearshore and offshore partners and Team
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written)
