The Position

Arch is seeking a Manager of Financial Consolidation to support a dynamic reporting environment as the organization continues to refine the Workday-to-OneStream consolidation process and progress toward steady-state reporting across both systems. This position reports to the AVP of Consolidations.

The ideal candidate has strong consolidation and reporting knowledge, an analytical mindset, and the ability to perform meaningful flux analysis, interpret results, and clearly communicate reporting insights. This individual should be driven, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities while identifying opportunities to strengthen processes and reporting outputs.

The role is based in White Plains, New York, and follows a hybrid work arrangement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as OneStream administrator, managing user access, chart of accounts, organizational structures, mapping tables, and system-generated reports.

  • Support the continued evolution of financial reporting across Workday and OneStream, including system integrations, data reconciliations, reporting dependencies, and process coordination as the organization works toward a steady-state operating model.

  • Prepare and analyze the Company's financial results, including detailed flux analysis, to support timely and accurate quarterly and annual reporting.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve reporting differences, strengthen existing processes, and support consistent use of Workday and OneStream data.

  • Develop and maintain financial reports and analysis with an emphasis on accuracy, automation, clear variance explanations, and actionable management reporting.

  • Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled tools to improve reporting efficiency, streamline analysis, support variance commentary, and foster process improvement across financial reporting activities.

  • Support process transformation through special projects, ad hoc analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Develop, update, and maintain documentation related to the financial consolidation process.

  • Maintain and monitor the effectiveness of internal controls, identify key areas of risk, and drive remediation as needed.

Required Skills/Experience

  • 5-8 years of accounting experience in a similar role within the insurance or financial services industries.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint; ability to create complex spreadsheets, lookup tables, and pivot tables, and analyze results.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

  • CPA required.

For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.

For White Plains: $123,400 - $166,667/year

  • Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
