  • Candidates will be located within the Vancouver Lower Mainland

  • What will you do?

  • Collaborate with the regional Manager Builder Development, MMS and MS sales force partners, champions the client experience through a focus on financial advice, prompt and efficient client service, quick and effective resolution of problems and early anchoring based on client needs and preferences.
  • Provide support in managing builder relationships along with Manager, Builder Development and Mortgage Sales Force team.
  • Assist the Manager, Builder Development in ongoing management of existing builder sites ensuring up to date marketing and pricing material is available and MS schedules in place.
  • Maximize the use of all technology (eg. MiFi Internet device, Linx , etc.) to enhance productivity and client experience, leveraging Linx online capabilities.
  • Ensure external market partners meet RBC, industry and legal standards.
  • Regularly reviews sales results with Manager, Builder Development Markets and provides support as required to meet plans
  • Assist and collaboratewith Builder Manager in the delivery of enablement course to support the MS channel
