When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.

Weโ€™re in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. Weโ€™re solving that โ€” with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.

Weโ€™re looking for problemโ€‘solving, opportunityโ€‘finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved โ€” people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a highโ€‘performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

About This Role

Crusoe is looking for a Director of Customer Enablement to build the enablement function from the ground up, reporting to the VP of Customer Experience. You will own how customers are onboarded, educated, and enabled across their lifecycle, while ensuring the entire CX organization โ€” Customer Success, Support, Customer Engineering, and Operations โ€” has the training and knowledge to support a rapidly evolving AI infrastructure platform. Youโ€™ll start handsโ€‘on, building foundational content and repeatable onboarding programs, then grow and lead a Customer Enablement organization spanning education, documentation, certifications, and knowledge management. This role is based in SF, Bellevue, or Sunnyvale.

What Youโ€™ll Be Working On
  • Own the customer onboarding strategy from contract signature through production readiness, with standardized journeys across Cloud, Managed Inference, and future products that reduce timeโ€‘toโ€‘value

  • Build scalable customer education programs โ€” instructorโ€‘led training, virtual workshops, technical webinars, selfโ€‘paced learning, video libraries, and roleโ€‘based learning paths from platform administrators to ML engineers

  • Lead internal CX enablement, translating every product launch, platform capability, and operational process into repeatable training for Customer Success, Support, Incident Management, Professional Services, and Customer Reliability teams

  • Own the CX knowledge management strategy, establishing documentation standards, content governance, version control, and a centralized knowledge hub for customers and internal teams

  • Define and track enablement metrics โ€” onboarding completion, timeโ€‘toโ€‘firstโ€‘production workload, product adoption, certification rates, support ticket reduction, and selfโ€‘service adoption โ€” with dashboards to continuously improve programs

  • Build and lead the Customer Enablement organization as Crusoe scales, recruiting specialists across onboarding, technical training, documentation, instructional design, and knowledge management

What Youโ€™ll Bring to the Team
  • 8+ years leading Customer Enablement, Customer Success Enablement, Technical Enablement, Learning & Development, or Customer Education organizations

  • 3+ years leading managers or building enablement teams

  • Experience designing scalable onboarding programs for enterprise customers

  • Experience building internal enablement programs for technical customerโ€‘facing organizations

  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, AI infrastructure, GPU computing, or enterprise SaaS

  • Experience creating customer education programs, certifications, documentation, and technical learning experiences

  • Excellent program management skills paired with strong executive communication and crossโ€‘functional leadership

Bonus Points
  • Experience at a cloud infrastructure, AI, MLOps, or enterprise platform company

  • Experience implementing an LMS or learning platform

  • Experience developing customer certification programs

  • Familiarity with technical documentation platforms such as Confluence, Notion, GitBook, or ReadMe

  • Experience scaling enablement for global Customer Success and Support organizations

Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation and equity packages

  • Restricted Stock Units

  • Paid time off, paid holidays & leave of absence programs

  • Comprehensive health, dental & vision insurance

  • Employer contributions to HSA account

  • Paid parental leave

  • Paid life insurance, shortโ€‘term and longโ€‘term disability

  • Professional development & tuition reimbursement

  • Mental health & wellness support

  • Commuter benefits (parking & transit)

  • Cell phone stipend

  • 401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salary

  • Volunteer time off

  • Global travel insurance & emergency assistance

  • Daily meals allowance

  • Additional perks & programs specific to location

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $215,000 - $250,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicantโ€™s knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
