This high-impact leadership roleis responsible foroverseeing the operational, financial, and patient experience performance of a portfolio of multi-specialty dental practicesthroughout the Jacksonville region. The Director of Market Operations serves as a trusted business partner to Office Managers and clinical leaders, ensuring operational excellence, accountability, and consistent execution of Sage Dental's standards whilemaintainingan unwavering focus on patient care and patient satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a proven multi-site leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, builds strong relationships, develops high-performing teams, and consistently delivers exceptional business results.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop Office Managersacrossmultiple dental practices, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive operational and financial performance by monitoring key metrics,identifyingopportunities, and implementing strategic action plans.
  • Analyze financial statements, budgets, and operational reports to ensure practices achieve revenue, profitability, and growthobjectives.
  • Build trust and credibility with Office Managers, providers, and support teams while promoting collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational protocols, regulatory requirements, and best practices across all locations.
  • Champion an exceptional patient experience by balancing operational efficiency with Sage Dental's commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Support talent development initiatives, succession planning, and leadership growth within the market.
  • Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives, improve performance, and support market expansion.
  • Conduct regular site visits to provide hands-on support, coaching, and operational guidance.
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of multi-unit operations leadership experience, preferably within dental, healthcare, retail healthcare, or other service-based organizations.
  • Demonstrated success leading managers across multiple locations and driving measurable operational and financial results.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L management, budgeting, and performance analytics.
  • Proven ability toestablishand maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter witha strong senseof ownership and the ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
  • Experience with dental practice management software;Dentrix experiencestronglypreferred.
  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned market.
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as business needsdictate.
  • Mustresideinthe assigned territoryor be willing torelocate.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportationrequired.
