Job description

Performs skilled technical computer work that supports the Surplus Disposal Program. Tests computers, printers, scanners, and accessories to determine specifications; wipes hard drives and software. Assists with the preparation of monthly surplus asset sales. Stocks store shelves and performs inventory control. The position requires knowledge of personal computer operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires qualified applicants to possess the following:
• Must be a current student of an accredited schooling program, university, or college, preferably one that involves computer science and/or the use of computer hardware and software applications.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
One (1) year of experience with inventory control; bench testing, troubleshooting, servicing computers and peripherals such as printers and scanners; retail sales or an equivalent combination of experience.
