This is a front-facing leadership role, that services both staff and members. Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be a super awesome human
  • Must have GED or High School Equivalency
  • 2-5 years of experience supervising and developing staff 
  • Food Serv-Safe certification not required for hire, but may be a condition of employment depending on the employment location.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must know 1 dad joke and posses the ability to deliver the punch line with enthusiasm and vigor

Supervisory Responsibility

The Operations Manager serves as the immediate supervisor to all Front-Line, ProShop (location specific), and Cleaning Staff. The OM is accountable for the overall performance management and on-going care of each reporting department.


Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.


Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Managers must be computer literate and comfortable working with a multitude of computer software and information systems.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full time position that requires a physical onsite presence and a minimum of 40 scheduled hours per work week. Unless otherwise specified, the expected days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. At times this position may requires long hours, weekend work, and/or inconsistency in scheduling as job duties, staffing demands, or special projects require. On-going schedule alterations must be approved in advance, in writing, by the VP of the department.


Travel

This position requires a medium to moderate amount of travel. Individuals are expected but not limited to, travel between all locations, as the job duties and trainings demand

This position requires additional screening as a condition of hire.
