Starting Wage for this exempt position is: $116,688.00-$160,451.20
Position Summary
The Manager of Facilities provides leadership and vision at a system level for facilities staff. This position will assume and ensure the overall success of Asante facilities with a focus on, but not limited to, grounds, plant operations, preventive maintenance, energy management, environmental safety, and service contracts management. Responsibilities include oversight of facilities staff, including recruiting, retaining, orienting, training, retraining, and evaluating department personnel. The nature of this position requires observation of possible safety hazards and maintenance of a safe working environment. The position also ensures compliance with established local, state, and federal regulatory agencies, and associated guidelines (e.g., OSHA, NFPA, UFC, DEQ, EPA, OAR, and DNV).
Position Qualifications
Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience with evidence of operational excellence and innovation is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry is required.
  • Demonstrated skills in the areas of physical plant operations, budgetary and resource management, and healthcare administration is required.
  • Demonstrated skills in the areas of personnel management and development is required.

Education
  • An associate degree in an applicable field or equivalent in experience is required
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred

Certification/Licensure
  • ODL: Possession of a valid Oregon Driver's License with proof of safe driving record for the past ten years and proof of insurance is required
  • Journeyman - Electrical: Journeyman Electrical Certification is preferred
  • Journeyman - HVAC: Journeyman HVAC Certification is preferred
  • Journeyman - Plumbing: Journeyman Plumbing Certification is preferred
  • PE: Professional Engineer (PE) licensed by the State of Oregon is preferred
