How does a manager of clinical informatics typically collaborate with clinical and IT teams to implement new health information systems?

A Manager of Clinical Informatics serves as a bridge between clinical staff and IT professionals, ensuring that new health information systems meet both regulatory requirements and clinical workflow needs.
