Scheurer Health-Harbor Beach is seeking a full-time Clinical Informatics Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, optimization, maintenance, and end-user support of patient care technologies throughout the hospital and affiliated clinical settings, with a primary focus on the Epic electronic health record system
- Partner closely with clinical staff, providers, operational leaders, and IT teams to support successful go-lives, workflow adoption, issue resolution, system optimization, and integration of technologies that support patient care and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in Healthcare, Clinical Informatics, Nursing, related field, or equivalent experience considered
- Minimum one year experience supporting healthcare workflows in a hospital or clinical setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft and healthcare technology applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a face-paced environment
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills
