The Assistant Manager of Design Services - Football supports the design, coordination, and production of creative materials for the football program.

Job Description:

The Assistant Manager of Design Services - Football supports the design, coordination, and production of creative materials for the football program. This role works closely with coaches, athletics staff, marketing, communications, and external vendors to ensure all football-related design projects are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with departmental and institutional branding standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Design and produce graphics for recruiting, social media, digital platforms, and special projects.

Assist in maintaining and evolving the visual identity of Ole Miss Football.

Capture and edit photography during recruiting visits, studio shoots, gamedays, and special events.

Collaborate with football staff and creative team members on content strategy and campaign development.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver creative assets under tight deadlines.

Maintain brand consistency and quality standards across all creative deliverables.
