  • Define and deploy analytical strategies aligned with the sector's priorities in order to maximise business value
  • Be an expert in analytics by identifying opportunities, delivering solutions and ensuring they are put into operation
  • Translate business needs into analytical solutions in collaboration with data teams and ensure the quality of analyses
  • Interpret and communicate results in a clear and engaging way to influence decision-making
  • Support and advise partners and decision-makers in the use of data and analytical tools
  • Help colleagues develop their analytical skills by coaching and sharing practises

Within the Human experience and Performance sector, you will be part of an HR Analytics and Systems team of approximately 30 specialists who work agile, proactive and collaborative to transform data into value and support strategic decisions.

Within the Human experience and Performance sector, you will be part of a team specialised in HR Analytics and Systems and you will report to the Senior Manager - Analytics. Our team stands out for its collaboration, analytical rigour and influence with business partners.

Prerequisites

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in human resources analytics (people analytics) and delivering analytical projects
  • Knowledge of human resources practises and experience in an organisational context
  • Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel) and ability to perform advanced multi-source analyses
  • Experience transforming data into concrete business recommendations
  • Experience in carrying out analytical projects carried out in collaboration with HR VPS, HR business partners and other business lines.
  • Coaching experience and analytical skills development
