### Locums | OB/GYN | In-House Call | Fredericksburg, VA (VA License)### Why This Role* Ongoing in-house call opportunity with multiple providers needed* Temporary privileges available for qualified candidates* Level II hospital with strong nursing and APP support* Epic EMR in a high-volume obstetrics service### Assignment Details* Start Date: ASAP* End Date: Ongoing* Coverage Type: Call Only* Setting: Inpatient* Call Type: In-House* EMR: Epic### Requirements* Active Virginia medical license* Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN* BLS* Comfortable managing high-risk and low-risk obstetrics independently### Clinical Details* In-house OB/GYN call covering labor and delivery, obstetric emergencies, and admissions* Manage approximately 16–20 patients per shift* Full-scope obstetrics including vaginal deliveries, C-sections, VBACs, breech deliveries, multiple gestations, and placental abruptions* Required proficiency in fetal heart rate interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)* Level II Trauma Center with 16 L&D beds* Support from 5 RNs and 2 APPs
