About the Role

Our client, a real estate investment firm, is hiring one well-rounded person to own its website and help drive its marketing. This is a hands-on role for a builder who can write code in the morning, draft a market update in the afternoon, and keep the whole digital operation organized along the way.

You will be the go-to person for everything the firm puts in front of investors and prospects online. If you like variety, work without a lot of hand-holding, and take pride in a site that loads fast and looks sharp, this is a strong fit. Real estate or finance experience is a plus but not required.

What You'll Do

  • Build, maintain, and improve the company website, including page updates, landing pages, performance, and fixes.

  • Create and organize content such as blog posts, property and investment pages, market updates, and email newsletters.

  • Run day-to-day marketing across email, social media, and basic paid campaigns.

  • Keep digital assets, files, and the content calendar organized and easy to find.

  • Handle light design work for web, email, and social using tools like Canva or Adobe.

  • Track website and campaign analytics and report on what is working.

  • Provide general marketing and project support to the leadership team.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years building and maintaining websites, comfortable with HTML, CSS, and a CMS such as WordPress.

  • Working knowledge of basic JavaScript and the ability to troubleshoot site issues.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as an email platform, social scheduling, basic SEO, and Google Analytics.

  • Strong writing skills and an eye for clean, professional design.

  • Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage several projects at once.

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in real estate, finance, or another investor-facing industry.

  • Familiarity with a CRM and email automation.

  • Experience running paid ads on Google or Meta.
