Role:
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner/Analyst to lead the development and management of private network solutions for enterprise markets. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch innovative network management solutions, including dashboards and APIs, for LTE, CBRS, and 5G technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and prioritize the product roadmap for private network solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps, and product managers, to design and develop architecture for private network solutions (LTE, CBRS, 5G).
Oversee the development and launch of dashboards portal for network management.
Create and validate technology architecture, develop prototypes, and ensure a seamless user experience (UI/UX).
Focus on wireless network systems including Core, RAN, IP Networks, OSS/BSS, Dashboards, and APIs.
Drive product development teams to meet agreed milestones with user story creation, task management, execution, and deployment.
Ensure clean processes for documenting development milestones and tracking via Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA).
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide status updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with project goals.
Requirements:
10+ years' experience in wireless technologies with a focus on network systems architecture, design, prototypes, and APIs.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in managing technical products.
Strong understanding of Core, RAN, IP Networks, OSS/BSS, Dashboards, and APIs.
Ability to develop demos using fast-prototyping and scripting (Python, etc.).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with onsite and remote teams.
Experience with collaboration tools such as Atlassian (Confluence, JIRA), Google, and Microsoft.
