Job Summary/Description:  

FOX19 NOW is searching for a bold, creative, and sports-obsessed Marketing Producer. The ideal candidate is a multimedia marketer and year-round sports fan. Must possess exceptional videography, lighting, editing, graphic design, and writing skills.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director, Creative Team, and our internal sports department to conceptualize, produce, and market original sports content. You will be responsible for driving viewership and engagement for our high-profile sports partnerships and original programming, creating high-impact topical promos, specialized opens, commercial client spots, and dynamic social media campaigns.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Sports Content Promotion: Conceptualize, write, shoot, and edit high-energy promos, image campaigns, and proof-of-performance spots for our original sports programming and major local sports partnerships.
• Motion Graphics: Design and integrate eye-catching motion graphics and visual elements to give our sports promos a modern, premium, network-level look.
• Original Content Marketing: Collaborate directly with our internal sports team to package, brand, and market original sports franchises and digital-first sports content.
• Field & Studio Production: Film station talent and commercial clients both in-studio and on-location.
• Social & Digital Engagement: Manage, schedule, and create engaging, platform-specific content (including sponsored posts and short-form video).
• Brand Strategy: Participate in ratings, research, and creative brainstorming sessions to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that grow our audience.
• Community & Partner Activations: Represent FOX19 NOW and engage with the public and partners at high-profile station events, game-day activations, and community initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Education: BA in Marketing, Film/Video, Communications, or a related field is preferred (equivalent professional experience will be considered).
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in media marketing, sports promotion, advertising, or video production. A strong portfolio demonstrating sports-centric videography and editing is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:
  o Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, with a heavy emphasis on Premiere Pro and After Effects (motion graphics).
  o Strong hands-on experience with professional DSLR/cinema cameras (Canon C100/C300 or similar) and audio/lighting equipment.

• Writing & Storytelling: Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to write concise, engaging, and benefit-driven scripts.
• Key Attributes: A creative thinker with an eye for design, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Requirements: Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
