Anesthesiologist - Southeast Texas | $700K Annual Salary | Near Houston & Gulf Coast

Job Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for a broad case mix including general surgery, obstetrics (OB), neurosurgery, and other specialty procedures
• Collaborate with a large anesthesia team including experienced CRNAs (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists)
• Participate in periodic call rotation with scheduled days off before and after call shifts
• Work flexible shift schedules including 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts
• Deliver high-quality perioperative anesthesia care in a modern hospital setting
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and anesthesia safety standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings

Job Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Current Texas medical license or eligible for Texas medical licensure
• Proficient in obstetric anesthesia and neuroanesthesia techniques
• Strong clinical skills across a variety of anesthesia subspecialties
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care delivery
