Job description

Summary:We are assisting our client, located in Middleton, in recruiting a Customer Service Rep (Project Coordinator) to join their team as soon as possible. This position works to ensure the technical service needs of customers are met while supporting project workflows and coordination efforts. This is a full-time, temporary, onsite position expected to last through December 31, 2026, with the opportunity for contract extension or conversion to permanent hire.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch)Pay: $20.00 per hourWork Arrangement: 100% in-officeStart Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:Learn key project workflows and related operations while understanding customer expectations.
Develop a working knowledge of customer site network infrastructure.
Assist Project Managers with dispatching vendors, negotiating vendor pricing, and follow-up.
Pre-call building locations and dispatch installers to worksites.
Receive incoming calls and update internal databases.
Attend team meetings and provide project updates.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years of customer service, project coordination, dispatching, technical support, or related experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work onsite full-time.
Must be willing to complete a drug screen and background check upon offer.
Additional education, training, or hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred: Structured cabling
Network switch programming/configuration
CCTV camera installation
CCTV camera installation support
Low-voltage systems
Network infrastructure or telecommunications projects
Experience coordinating field technicians, installers, vendors, or technical service projects is highly preferred.
