Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Professional Services Consultant with deep expertise in Fortinet networking technologies. This role focuses on delivering high-impact network and security solutions to enterprise clients, including the design, deployment, and optimization of multi-vendor environments. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong technical depth, excellent communication skills, and a consultative approach to client engagement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leads professional services engagements with a primary focus on Fortinet platforms.

  • Designs and implements complex network architectures (LAN/WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, security).

  • Conducts network assessments, migrations, and upgrades in multi-vendor environments.

  • Develops and delivers Low-Level Design (LLD) documents, implementation plans, and topology diagrams. Strong technical writings skills a plus.

  • Provides expert guidance on technical solutions aligned with client business needs.

  • Troubleshoots and resolves advanced networking issues across Fortinet and secondary platforms.

  • Collaborates with PMO (Project Management Office), RMO (Resource Management Office), and EM (Engagement Managers) to manage project delivery.

  • Satisfies client technology services and solution requirements using best practices to:

    • Design

    • Plan

    • Implement

    • Validate and Test

    • Document

    • Provide Knowledge Transfer

    • Troubleshoot

  • Works directly with client to gather requirements to design solutions, build proof of concepts and implementation solutions.

  • Proficient knowledge of industry standard network and security technologies (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, Packet Capture, network assessments, router/switch rack and stack and cabling, network configurations and etc.

  • 7 years of proven technical experience, including design, implementation, and support of Network and security, in the following:

  • Primary Expertise:

    • FortiGate (NGFW, SD-WAN, VPN, HA)

    • FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer

    • FortiAuthenticator, FortiToken, and FortiClient EMS

    • FortiWeb, FortiMail, FortiSandbox, FortiSIEM

    • FortiNAC, FortiSwitch, FortiAP

  • Secondary Experience (Desired):

    • Cisco: Catalyst, Nexus, Meraki, ASA/Firepower, DNA Center, ISE

    • Palo Alto: Firewalls, Panorama, Prisma

    • Juniper: EX, SRX, MX, Mist AI, Junos OS

Salary Compensation Range: $90,000 to $122,000 plus bonus
