Job description

  • 2 weeks on 2 week off, for 5 days per week, 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch break (flexible on time). Can be flexible on the week on week off
  • Office visits, follow-up visits, procedures
  • Procedures include spinal cord stimulation, radio-frequency ablation, injections
