We are seeking an experienced and motivated Community Manager to lead a 334-unit Class A apartment community in the Metro Atlanta area. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong multifamily leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to drive results, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional resident experience.
The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, customer-focused, and experienced in leading successful onsite operations.
What You'll Do
As the Community Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, financial performance, leasing activity, resident relations, and overall success of the community.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Lead, coach, and develop onsite leasing and maintenance teams
  • Drive occupancy, resident retention, and financial performance
  • Oversee leasing, renewals, resident communication, and customer service
  • Manage budgets, expenses, reporting, and monthly variance explanations
  • Ensure the community maintains strong curb appeal and market-ready conditions
  • Conduct regular property inspections and maintain operational standards
  • Execute marketing and outreach initiatives to increase traffic and leasing activity
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Partner with Regional leadership to develop strategies and achieve community goals
  • Build a positive team culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and resident satisfaction

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Community Manager experience in the multifamily industry
  • Experience managing a Class A community preferred
  • Strong knowledge of property operations, budgeting, leasing, and resident relations
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance results
  • Working knowledge of RealPage OneSite preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing and multifamily compliance standards
  • Ability to multitask, problem solve, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
