Job description

We are a high-end natural stone company seeking an experienced Sales/Showroom Manager to lead our showroom operations, manage sales activities, and represent our brand with professionalism and confidence.

This role is ideal for someone with existing experience in the stone, slab, tile, or surface industry who understands materials, clients, and project-based sales.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily showroom operations and ensure a luxury, organized, and welcoming environment
  • Lead customer interactions with designers, contractors, architects, and homeowners
  • Oversee sales process from inquiry to order coordination
  • Train, support, and motivate sales staff
  • Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and industry partners
  • Track sales performance and contribute to growth strategies
  • Coordinate with warehouse and fabrication teams when needed
  • Ensure accurate pricing, quotes, and follow-ups


Requirements:
