The Business Planning Manager will oversee critical financial forecasting processes, budget management, and strategic operational planning that enables senior leadership to make informed decisions at pace.This is a high-impact leadership role requiring someone who can operate seamlessly across Business, Finance, Analytics and Studio teams while maintaining the rigor and precision expected at the executive level. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, drives clarity through complex planning cycles, and builds systems that scale.
10+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business planning, strategy operations, or management consultingProven track record delivering high-stakes planning cycles and executive-facing materials for senior leadership (VP level and above)Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting methodologies, and budget managementDemonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teamsExceptional executive communication skills - both written and verbalStrong business acumen with the ability to connect financial performance to strategic prioritiesHighly organized with superior project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlinesBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
