We’re looking for an inspired Motion Designer / Video Editor to join our small and mighty video production team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with writers, art directors, creative directors, and content specialists to bring ideas to life through motion graphics, animation, and video editing.

You’ll work across a wide range of projects—from logo animation and social content to digital video and brand commercials—and play a meaningful role in shaping how ideas show up in the world.

This role is best suited for someone who feels energized by momentum, enjoys juggling multiple creative asks, and can adapt quickly without losing attention to detail. If you thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where your work gets seen and shared, you’ll feel right at home.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in motion design and video editing
  • Highly skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Comfortable working with expressions in After Effects to create complex animations 
  • Primarily 2D animation experience (3D animation is a plus but not necessary) 
  • Fearlessness toward AI in streamlining workflows and elevating outputs
  • Ability to apply thoughtful creative judgment when using AI-enabled tools, ensuring work remains original, strategically sound, and aligned with client goals and brand standards
  • Leverage AI-enabled creative tools to explore ideas, accelerate concept development, and support creative execution, while ensuring final work reflects Hiebing's standards for strategic thinking, creativity, and craft
  • A strong eye for detail and visual storytelling
