Job description

Successful candidate(s) will work closely with the Head Golf Professional to develop and manage a professional shop.

The primary focus will be to deliver a high level of service for our members and guests.

  • Competence in operating a point of sale (POS) system, including cash, card and/or otherwise cashless transactions.
  • Develop and maintain an overall understanding of the Club's Golf Operation including Club policies, rules, and schedules.
  • Manage special orders
  • Handle returns and exchanges
  • Daily maintenance of the Golf Shop, maintaining a clean and inviting environment including organizing and properly displaying merchandise.
  • Responsible for ordering, receiving and inventory of merchandise

General understanding of the private club industry and retail experience is preferred.

This is a seasonal position working while the golf course and shop will be open.

Expected hours will be 32-40 hours per week, including one weekend day.

Compensation will be an hourly wage based on experience.

Job benefits will also be available, if applicable based on club policies.

Our primary goal is to cater to our member families and their guests to make the club feel like their home away from home.
We feature an 18-Hole golf course as well as a pool complex open seasonally.
In season the club is open 7 days a week
In addition to lunch and dinner service, we cater a number of charity golf outings and dinners throughout the year as well as special events for our members and their guests.
We strive to provide the best service possible for our members through our team of servers, bussers, & bartenders.
