What you get to do:

  • Lead and inspire a large team of Sales Ambassadors within Retail and Photo business units.
  • Ensure Ambassadors are engaging guests and making a positive impact to service scores (GSAT).
  • Foster a team environment and develop future leaders by sharing knowledge and being an example.
  • Financial responsibility over assigned locations (revenue, labor management, expense controls).
  • Assist with creating and activating incremental revenue opportunities.
  • Oversee and participate in park cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
  • Coach and course correct negative Ambassador behaviors, as needed.
  • Turn a negative guest experience into a positive one, as needed.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors, and Guests.
  • Work with third-party Revenue Partners to drive revenue.
  • Oversee and participate in store changeouts, and in-park event setups.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


What it takes to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, or relatable experience.
  • Three (3) years management and/or supervisory experience, preferred setting in a theme park or high-volume retail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software products.
  • Demonstrated initiative, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; Confident and outgoing presence with the ability to professional interact with various levels of ambassadors and leadership.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects with a detailed oriented style and strict deadlines.
  • Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills


What else is important:

  • Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights
  • Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing)
  • Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat. Position may be exposed to fumes, dust, odors, and cold/heat temperature extremes
  • Perform cleaning duties, including use of cleaning chemicals
  • Available to work varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
