Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, positive, and team-oriented Barista to join our team. This role is essential to daily operations and requires someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, matcha beverages, and seasonal specialty drinks with consistency and quality
- Follow drink recipes and presentation standards
- Take customer orders and handle payments using POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workspace
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Support kitchen team when needed (including light prep or packaging)
- Keep up with high-volume periods while maintaining accuracy and speed
- Provide friendly, welcoming customer service at all times
Requirements
- Availability to work shifts starting at 8:00 AM
- Weekend availability is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience
- Familiarity with espresso machines, milk steaming, and matcha preparation
- Experience in high-volume environments
