  • Unit Turns: Complete plumbing tasks during unit turnover, adhering to project deadlines set by management.
  • Supply Ordering: Assist the supervisor with ordering maintenance supplies while staying within the allocated budget.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately document work performed at each job site using a service-tracking application installed on a mobile device.
  • Tracking Protocols: Adhere to and actively promote company tracking protocols and procedures, including using data for billing confirmation, emergency response optimization, safe-driving habits, and recording driving data in case of an incident.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians to foster a collaborative maintenance team that provides high-quality service while minimizing callbacks.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with management, tenants, and team members.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Licenses: Valid Master’s Plumbing License in Boone County and the City of Columbia.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
  • Skills: Proficiency in plumbing systems, with a focus on both routine maintenance and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Sewer & Excavation: Experience in sewer line maintenance and light excavation is a plus.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Driving: Valid driver’s license with a corporate-insurable driving record.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to grasp, lift, maneuver, rotate, and use various plumbing tools and equipment.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50-80 lbs.) safely.
  • Frequent manual tasks such as pulling, pushing, turning, and lifting equipment and materials.
  • Visual assessment of maintenance, construction, and repair needs.
