  • Leads cross-functional coordination between Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain, Environmental, Real Estate, Regulatory, Operations, Project Controls, and external contractors to align priorities, remove execution barriers, and deliver predictable project outcomes.
  • Serves as the primary Owner's Representative or Contract Manager, providing commercial leadership throughout project execution, including contract administration, contractor performance management, change order negotiations, claims avoidance, dispute resolution, invoice approval, and contractual compliance.
  • Establishes and maintains disciplined project controls by partnering with Project Controls to ensure effective cost management, schedule management, earned value reporting, risk management, document control, forecasting, and change control processes are consistently executed.
  • Provides director level project communications by preparing and delivering concise, accurate, and actionable presentations and status updates that clearly communicate project performance, financial health, critical path activities, emerging risks, key decisions, and recommended actions.
