Located just minutes from F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Downtown Cheyenne, and major government, healthcare, and business centers, Everhome Suites serves military personnel, project-based workers, healthcare professionals, government travelers, and guests seeking apartment-style accommodations for extended stays.

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations in accordance with ARK Hospitality's vision, mission, and core values.

Key Responsibilities
Hotel Operations & Leadership

  • Lead all aspects of hotel operations, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry, Guest Services, and overall property performance.

  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, mentor, and develop team members.

  • Create a positive, service-focused culture centered on accountability and hospitality.

  • Meet daily with department leaders and team members to review priorities, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Maintain a visible leadership presence throughout the hotel and actively engage with guests and employees.

  • Conduct team meetings, performance discussions, coaching sessions, and development planning.

  • Support leadership development and succession planning efforts.

  • Ensure all departments are operating efficiently while maintaining brand and company standards.


Financial Management

  • Manage hotel budgets, forecasting, payroll, labor costs, and operational expenses.

  • Maximize hotel revenue and profitability opportunities.

  • Monitor key performance indicators, including:

  • Ensure compliance with Choice Hotels brand standards.

  • Support emergency preparedness and life-safety programs.

  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements.


Sales & Community Engagement

  • Support local sales initiatives that drive occupancy, ADR, and long-term room-night production.

  • Build relationships within the Cheyenne community and with key demand generators.

  • Develop relationships with:
