Maintenance Mechanic II
A well-established medical device manufacturing company in Santa Rosa is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic II to join their team. This position plays a critical role in supporting facility productivity, equipment reliability, and overall manufacturing efficiency through preventative maintenance, repairs, and continuous process improvements.

Job Summary
This role supports manufacturing operations by improving productivity, quality, and operational efficiency through equipment maintenance, preventative maintenance programs, automation support, and process improvements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain the preventative maintenance program
  • Perform and document machine preventative maintenance
  • Maintain adequate stock of parts and supplies needed for repairs and maintenance
  • Source components and equipment for repairs
  • Safely use hand tools and power tools
  • Follow internal and external safety standards
  • Fabricate components for repairs and equipment improvements
  • Communicate professionally with multiple departments
  • Adhere to company procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Use computers and Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic
  • Strong hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Knowledge of metric and standard tools
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and daily demands
  • Strong communication skills with all levels of staff
