Job Title: Machine OperatorJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to efficiently operate CNC machines, specifically Okuma Lathe machines and Seiki Mills. You will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to ensure product quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machines, including Okuma Lathe machines and Seiki Mills.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
  • Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality standards.
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines and report any mechanical issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Complete production logs and documentation accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in production and machine operation.
  • Ability to set up and operate CNC machines.
