It requires someone who is not afraid to work outside in all weather conditions, rain, snow, sub-freezing temperatures, heat, humidity, basically whatever Cleveland throws at you. While some inside work will be needed, this job requires the employee to be prepared to work outside without question or complaint. Additionally, this is a role for someone who is very self-motivated and thrives on accomplishing tasks with minimal supervision. Operation of trucks and heavy equipment is required. Lifting, walking, carrying parts and molds is also necessary.
General job requirements:

  • You will be required to operate heavy equipment including forklifts, skid steer loader, and a lull telehandler. Training is available for equipment if the candidate has operated at least one of the above-named pieces of equipment.
  • Able to work from 6am to 2:30 pm with some Saturdays and overtime as needed.
  • Able to lift 50-75 lbs regularly.
  • Ability to take directions from multiple managers via group text and emails as the needs of the two facilities change.
  • An ability to manage time and work quickly but safely at all times.
  • Proficient in the use of a tape measure.
  • Follow all applicable safety rules for equipment and motor vehicles at all times.
  • Perform general daily maintenance on the equipment you will use.

Additional preferred requirements:
  • Ability to read and understand shop drawings.
  • Have a sense of urgency to accomplish tasks.
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards a never ending work load.
  • Understand how to read and use a map for locating and returning molds to their assigned locations.

Work Schedule:
