We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics Coordinator to manage and support the efficient movement of materials, products, and equipment throughout the supply chain. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, monitoring inventory movements, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
  • Schedule and track inbound and outbound deliveries, working closely with carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers.
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve transportation delays, delivery issues, and logistics-related concerns.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, customs paperwork, and shipping labels.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, manufacturing, and customer service teams to support operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate shipment records and update logistics data within enterprise resource planning (ERP) and transportation management systems.
  • Coordinate inventory transfers between facilities and support inventory control activities as needed.
  • Analyze transportation costs and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
