We are seeking a Logistics Manager to lead implementation and execution of global supply chain solutions for third-party hardware across North and South America. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless movement of equipment from suppliers through warehousing, customs clearance, and final delivery to customers based on monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts.

This person ensures successful inventory management, warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and customer delivery in support of supply chain solutions designed by the Solution Architect. The ideal candidate brings operational excellence and has extensive experience managing third-party hardware flows throughout North and South America. This individual will possess expertise in SAP processes, international logistics, customs regulations, procurement practices, and warehouse operations.

What you will do Work across several programs to execute approved supply chain and hardware fulfillment solutions. Manage daily logistics operations from supplier through customer delivery. Coordinate suppliers, warehouses, logistics providers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.

Monitor inventory levels and execute replenishment activities based on demand forecasts. Ensure accurate SAP transactions for purchasing, inventory movements, shipments, and deliveries. Maintain inventory visibility and accuracy across multiple warehouse locations.

Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery performance. Support customs clearance activities and compliance with import/export regulations. Resolve logistics issues including transportation delays, inventory discrepancies, and supplier performance concerns.

Monitor and report on key operational metrics, including inventory accuracy, delivery performance, and logistics costs. Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans. Support customer deployment and implementation projects.

Develop and maintain logistics processes, procedures, and documentation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with procurement, sales, finance, project operations, and external partners to achieve business objectives.

The skills you bring 4+ years of logistics, warehouse, inventory, transportation, or supply chain operations experience. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field. Experience managing third-party hardware fulfillment operations.

Strong project coordination and cross-functional collaboration capabilities. Knowledge of procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes. Working knowledge of SAP logistics, inventory, warehouse, and procurement processes.

Experience managing suppliers, warehouses, logistics providers, and external partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve operational challenges. Experience monitoring KPIs and driving operational performance improvements.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Working knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and import/export requirements. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

Your Pay The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target.

Your Financial Security We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson match $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson's full matching contributions of 4%.

Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan.

Your Time Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date.

Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
