Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Maxton, NC
Company: We Pack Logistics
Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Benefits

Role Overview: We're looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our team to strategically manage the maintenance service for We Pack Logistics. The individual will direct maintenance employees by coordinating activities associated with installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of all operational machines. The manager also oversees the facilities buildings, grounds, and utility systems.

STARTING PAYRATE: $75,000 - $110,000 based on experience and education

PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday

*Depending on demand, in some instances, extended work hours may be needed

What You'll Do:

  • Strategically works with operational leadership to properly plan for new equipment, upgrades, and repairs related to upcoming projects.

  • Drive policies, procedures, and tools to strive for a greater than 95% up time for production equipment.

  • Overall, responsible for reporting and owning machine down time directly related to maintenance. Proactively seeks opportunities to minimize or eradicate downtime and utilize data-driven insights to determine the appropriate timing for repairs versus temporary solutions.

  • Confers with management, production, and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment.

  • Prepares department budget and monitors expenditure of funds in budget.
