Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams through initiation, planning, execution, handover, and closeout
  • Champion HSSE leadership and a strong safety culture aligned with EnerMech life-saving rules
  • Manage contract scope, schedule, change control, cost, revenue, and cash flow
  • Develop and control project schedules (Primavera P6 or MS Project) and forecasts

  • Ensure quality, technical integrity, and "right-first-time" delivery
  • Maintain effective reporting to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and manage risks, opportunities, and mitigation actions
  • Support business development through client engagement, bids, and proposals

What We're Looking For

  • 7-12+ years project management experience in energy, industrial, or infrastructure services
  • Strong commercial and contract management capability (changes, claims, EOT/LDs, invoicing)
  • Proven scheduling, planning, and forecasting experience (P6 / MS Project; Excel; Power BI preferred)
  • Demonstrated HSSE leadership in high-risk operational environments
  • Experience working in matrix organisations with multiple stakeholders
  • Exposure to bids, proposals, and client development (Canadian market experience is an advantage)

Preferred Certifications

  • PMP / PMI or APM
  • Primavera P6
  • OSHA or equivalent safety certification
